The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor development, and import purchasing.
Oversee raw material procurement and packaging material management.
Develop and implement effective purchase strategies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Conduct detailed should-cost analysis, negotiate pricing, and finalize terms with suppliers to achieve continuous cost reduction without compromising quality.
Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage import documentation and compliances.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities into overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Effectively manage and procure materials for complex Bills of Materials (BOM).
Utilize MS Office and AI Tools to maintain accurate procurement records, track vendor performance, and generate MIS reports.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any specialization, or a related field.
Robust negotiation skills
5- 10 Years of purchasing experience.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
