We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our Automation & Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics setting, has strong coordination skills, and a basic understanding of data and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Use of basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to monitor performance metrics like inventory utilization.
Responsible for tracking weighing metrics, analyzing performance trends, and implementing improvement actions across executed projects.
Support the planning and execution of warehouse automation projects.
Coordinate with teams to understand needs and align business and technical requirements, and vendors for timely project implementation.
Help identify improvement areas in operations using data trends and observations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field, with exposure to logistics or automation preferred.
02 years of years of experience in project or program management.
Solid proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on tools, technologies, and industry trends in data analytics.
Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
