Key Responsibilities

Procurement: Handling end-to-end purchasing of raw materials, bicycle components, and workshop consumables.

Vendor Management: Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and cost-effective material options.

Negotiation: Managing vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and delivery terms to achieve optimal cost savings.

Documentation: Preparing, processing, and maintaining records for Purchase Orders (POs) and transaction receipts.

Production Planning (PPC): Monitoring inventory levels, tracking material availability, and planning orders ahead to strictly avoid production delays.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with Stores, Production lines, and the Finance department for smooth workflows.

Compliance:



Ensuring all buying activities strictly comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

Key Skills Required

1.Solid negotiation and communication skills.

2.Explicit understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC) concepts and material handling.

3.Hands-on knowledge of vendor sourcing strategies.

4.Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems for inventory tracking.

Qualification: Any Graduate
industry Preference:

Candidates with a Bicycle Company background will be given first preference.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
