Wrig is looking for a high-performing Regional Head Government Sales to lead and expand its government business across North and East India. This is a senior, revenue-owning leadership role responsible for building strategic relationships with Central Government ministries and departments, State Governments, Public Sector

Undertakings (PSUs), Defence establishments, Healthcare Institutions, and Government Procurement

Agencies.

The ideal candidate combines deep government sales experience with hands-on tender and bid management expertise, robust stakeholder networks within the government ecosystem, and proven experience building and leading regional sales teams to deliver consistent revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
1218 years of overall experience in Government/B2G Sales, with a solid track record of revenue

delivery.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing regional government sales teams.
Solid working knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, e-procurement systems, and state/central government

tendering processes.
Proven experience handling large government accounts, PSU relationships, and institutional sales cycles.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage

senior government officials.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across North & East India.
