Role & responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of batching plants, transit mixers, concrete pumps, JCBs, and other machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Asset & Spare Management:
Monitor equipment performance, implement maintenance schedules, and manage critical spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spares.

Team Leadership:
Lead and train the maintenance team to ensure productive operations and adherence to safety protocols.

Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile
In-depth knowledge of RMC plant equipment: batching plants, transit mixers, JCBs, Trucks and concrete pumps.
Expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.




Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
Leadership skills to manage and train the maintenance team.
Proficiency in maintenance reporting and asset management.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
08 to 10 years of experience in P&M; maintenance, preferably in the RMC industry

The candidate should be open to travel across three cities (Ahm-Brd-Srt) once a week for managing and overseeing the 8 RMC Plants spread across these cities. And assigning responsibilities to local teams. Owning a 4 wheeler - Preferred.
