Job Summary

Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Process Coordinator to manage and ensure smooth execution of internal processes across departments. The role involves working on defined BCI processes, tracking task completion, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring process adherence, timely follow-ups, and effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process Execution & Compliance
Work on BCI processes as outlined by the organization.
Ensure strict adherence to defined process guidelines and standards.
Support smooth execution of internal workflows.

Data Management & Tracking
Capture data related to checklists and delegation processes.
Maintain accurate and updated daily trackers.
Ensure proper documentation of all process activities.

Follow-ups & Coordination
Follow up with internal department leads for completion of pending tasks.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely execution of activities.




Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Escalation & Reporting
Identify delays or incomplete tasks and escalate to management when required.
Provide regular updates on task status and process completion.
Ensure transparency in reporting and communication.

Qualifications
Any Bachelors Degree

Experience
1–2 years

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong MS Excel skills (basic tracking and reporting)
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
Robust understanding and adherence to processes
Patience and persistence in follow-ups

Preferred Skills
Experience in coordination or operations roles
Basic understanding of process management and tracking systems
