Role: Regional Key Account Manager

Experience Required: 5 to 9 years

Job Overview: The KAM is the primary "Closer" for Nigh-volume orders, Taking the qualified meetings set by the BDRs, you will conduct deep-dive consultative sales meetings with senior procurement and supply chain management. You will target specialized sectors like the spice Industry, textiles, heavy machinery, and Industrial fluid reliability to secure major packaging contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in office discovery meetings with clients to gather exact product dimensions, brand positioning goals, and packaging volume requirements.
Present physical structural prototypes and final commercial pricing to secure high-volume production orders (10,000+ units).
Farm existing enterprise accounts,



ensuring customer loyalty and securing repeat orders or cross-selling recent packaging styles.
Collaborate seamlessly with Structural Designers and Costing Specialists to ensure client demands are physically and financially viable.

Qualifications & Requirements:
5 to 9 years of direct B2B field sales experience, specifically in custom packaging, printing, or adjacent B2B manufacturing.
Strong negotiation skills and experience handling long sales cycles (3 to 6 month).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic region.

KPIs:
Monthly and quarterly closed revenue targets.
Number of current enterprise logos acquired per quarter.
Retention and expansion revenue from existing accounts
