Role &

responsibilities :
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
Manage production of formulation products such as tablets, capsules, powders, and liquid oral preparations (as applicable).
Monitor manufacturing schedules, machine utilization, manpower planning, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
Ensure timely completion and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize manufacturing costs.
Investigate production deviations, implement CAPA, and support audits by regulatory authorities and customers.




Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment in coordination with the Engineering team.
Train, mentor, and develop production personnel while maintaining a secure and disciplined work setting.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
710 years of relevant experience in formulation pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in production planning, process optimization, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Solid understanding of cGMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
