responsibilities (2 Civil, 1 MEP)
Execute Civil and MEP works and have worked for CPWD project.
Possess practical knowledge of Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction and execution methodology.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and resources to achieve project milestones.
Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at site.
Maintain daily progress reports, work records, measurement books, and site documentation.
Prepare and verify quantities, measurements, and billing for both client and subcontractors.
Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor material consumption.
Support commissioning, testing, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile




B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Civil and MEP building project execution.
Mandatory experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) projects.
Mandatory experience in CPWD projects.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, billing, quantity estimation, and execution planning.
Good understanding of quality control, safety practices, and project documentation.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
