Role Overview The Research & Development (R&D;) Executive will drive market research, identify new international education and workforce opportunities, analyze global trends, and support the development of innovative services and strategic partnerships. This role requires solid analytical abilities, research expertise, and a proactive approach to business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on international education, immigration, work permit programs, and global employment trends.
Identify new countries, universities, employers, and partnership opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and prepare actionable business intelligence reports.
Support the development of current services, business strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
Prepare presentations, proposals, feasibility studies, and research documentation.
Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives.
Monitor industry regulations and emerging global prospects to keep AHAM Group ahead of market trends
