Job Title: Project Engineer – ResidentialIndustry: Real Estate / Residential ConstructionJob Summary:

Responsible for supervising residential construction projects, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, and supporting timely project completion within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications
Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and construction progress
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare progress reports
Coordinate material planning and monitor resource utilization
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements
Assist in project planning, billing, estimation, and project documentation




Support timely completion and handover of projects

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of residential construction and project execution
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of quality control and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2–6 years of experience in residential construction projects

Preferred Experience:
Experience in apartments, villas, high-rise buildings, gated communities, or township projects
Knowledge of billing, estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and project planning

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
