Lead and manage the overall sales and operations of the West region to achieve business and revenue targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Monitor daily operational performance and ensure smooth execution of logistics, cargo, and courier services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with airline partners to ensure seamless coordination, service quality, and timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee manpower planning, team management, recruitment support, training, and performance monitoring across the region.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
Analyze regional sales and operational performance, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to senior management.
Identify current business prospects and strengthen relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.




Monitor regional budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
Resolve customer escalations and operational challenges promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Lead, motivate, and mentor regional teams to achieve organizational goals and improve productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Service for seamless business execution.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and business growth.
