Position Overview

Manage projects valued between ₹50 Lakhs and ₹10 Crores. Report to Director and lead Site Engineers, Architects, Procurement Teams, Vendors, Supervisors, and Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project planning and execution
Client communication and stakeholder management
Budget monitoring and cost control
Procurement and vendor management
Site execution control and quality assurance
Team leadership and coordination
Timeline management using MS Project
Billing & payment supervision
Daily Progress Report (DPR)



review and reporting
Risk management and issue resolution
Snag closure and final project handover

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Preferred)
PMP Certification (Preferred)
MBA (Preferred)
