The successful applicant will be expected to operate effectively within this region, leveraging local market insights and networks.Key Requirements:The candidate must exhibit comprehensive expertise and hands-on experience in the Aluminium cladding sector, showcasing a thorough understanding of its materials, processes, and market dynamics.Furthermore, a strong background in Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) applications is essential, including knowledge of its installation, maintenance, and industry best practices.Experience within the Facade industries is also a critical prerequisite,



indicating proficiency in contemporary building aesthetics, structural integrity, and relevant regulatory standards.A proven history of excellence in channel sales is required, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and manage robust sales networks, drive revenue growth, and expand market share through indirect sales channels.Crucially, the ability to effectively lead and manage a team is paramount.

This includes experience in team development, performance management, motivation, and fostering a collaborative work setting to achieve collective goals.Age Constraint: Applicants must be mindful of the age requirement, as candidates above the age of 46 years will not be considered for this position.
