Position: Plant head – Operations

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee overall plant operations to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute strategic operational plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance.
Manage production, inventory, dispatch, and supply chain activities for seamless operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost reduction programs.
Collaborate with management and department heads to achieve organizational objectives.
Recommend and implement operational strategies to enhance plant performance and ROI.
Lead vendor development, negotiations, and procurement activities.




Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Monitor plant performance, maintenance activities, manpower utilization, and budget controls.
Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational targets.

Desired Profile
Proven leadership experience in chemical manufacturing operations.
Solid knowledge of plant management, production planning, supply chain, and operational excellence.
