Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and delivery timelines.
Manage manpower, machinery, and production resources efficiently.
Monitor production processes and implement process improvements.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Monitor inventory and coordinate material planning.
Maintain production data in ERP software.
Analyze production performance and reduce wastage and downtime.
