Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , quality management, industrial engineering, or in a related field.
Experience : Two to Five years practical experience in quality control/quality assurance, or related roles within a manufacturing workplace. Prefer to the experience which is related to Railway Wagon Components.
Soft Skills : Communication skills to convey quality requirements and work with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving to identify and address quality issues is crucial. Attention to details, ensuring product specifications are met requires a keen eye for detail. Analytical skills analysing data and trends to make quality improvements.
