Role Requirements and Description

College & Application Research
Compile and maintain databases of global university application deadlines, requirements, and policies.
Research and update standardised test requirements (SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT) across different countries.
Track changes in admission trends, including acceptance rates and merit-based scholarships.

Data & List Development
Develop and update lists of target universities for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Research academic pathways, special programs, and alternative admissions routes.
Maintain databases of summer schools, research programs, and international academic competitions.

Profile & Application Support
Support students by tracking relevant extracurricular and leadership opportunities.
Assist in creating structured timelines for students based on their target universities.




Research postgraduate opportunities, including fellowships, research grants, and funding options.

What We’re Looking For
Solid research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and database management.
Ability to organise large sets of data in a structured manner.
Knowledge of global university admissions (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications
High school (11th/12th grade) or college student with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Adaptable and eager to thrive in a agile, rapid-paced environment.
