We are looking for a dynamic Project Head / Project Supervisor to join our Projects Department on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing restaurant construction and interior fit-out projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor project execution from start to completion.
Coordinate restaurant construction and interior fit-out projects across PAN India.
Draft and manage qualified emails and project communications.
Source materials and order samples from vendors.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and contractors.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and mall management teams.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Maintain project documentation and records.
Collect vendor invoices and submit them to the Accounts Department for processing.
Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to ongoing projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Civil/Architecture preferred).
Experience in construction, interiors, retail fit-outs, or restaurant projects will be preferred.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Positive communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications for project coordination.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude.
Willingness to travel for project execution across India.
Preferred Experience
Project Supervisor: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Project Head: 5+ years of relevant experience in handling multiple projects.
