Key Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1220 years of experience in luxury hotels, high-end villas, premium residential projects, or luxury apartments.
Robust knowledge of end-to-end construction processes, project execution, quality control, budgeting, and contractor management.
Experience in handling high-end finishes, renovation works, and luxury construction projects.
Ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Robust leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should be based in Goa or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee renovation and construction activities from planning to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
Prepare regular project status reports for management.

Preferred Industry: Luxury Hospitality, Premium Residential, High-End Villas, Luxury Apartments, and Renovation Projects.
