Birlasoft is looking for a energetic and experienced AIOps and Automation specialists to join a highly skilled team of Agentic AI SMEs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Agentic AI and Automation technologies and platforms for IT Operations automation.

This role requires a solid technical background and leadership skills to drive automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency in IT infrastructure operations and IT helpdesk using Agentic AI.

Technical Skills
Python, Java, Powershell/shell scripting, Go, C++ – for building AI agents and automation workflows.
Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph, and Langsmith for agentic orchestration.
Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U) techniques
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation,
Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts and GenAI co-pilots
Hands-on experience with one of the platforms like:




Amelia, Resolve, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nexthink, UIPath – for IT operations automation.
Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot – for Agentic or Conversational AI

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT operations (Infrastructure and Apps)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and Agentic AI use cases.
Oversee the development and deployment of automation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and Agentic AI technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
