Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) sessions to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms like NHT (Need Analysis) & OJT evaluation.
