We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Drive daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and sales closures.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales, including team handling experience.
Industry: Only candidates with Real Estate experience will be considered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects.
