Premier Acquisition Manager-Business Banking-Sales-Sales The Premier Acquisition Manager – Business Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing high-value Current Account (CA) customers and driving business banking product penetration. The role involves sourcing current-to-bank customers, building family banking relationships, and generating revenue through cross-sell and third-party products. The candidate should have strong customer orientation, high energy levels, and prior experience in sourcing and managing business banking clients.

Achieve business objectives for Retail Liabilities Sales at the branch level, focusing on value, volume, and channel productivity. Source and onboard high-value Current Account customers and their family banking relationships.



Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products such as insurance and investment solutions.

Promote and penetrate business banking products like CMS, POS, and Beat services to CA customers. Acquire recent customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels. Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.

Maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
