We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who is passionate about customer interaction and lead conversion. Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and investment perks. Conduct daily follow-ups with interested customers. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/MS Excel regularly.

Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships. Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Candidate





Profile 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in Tamil . Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Valuable working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
