Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Rebar Detailer role based in Salem. The responsibilities include preparing detailed rebar placement drawings using CAD software, creating accurate material take-offs, estimating costs for rebar projects, and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
The role also involves reviewing structural and architectural plans to align rebar detailing with project specifications.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CAD software and 3D rebar detailing tools
Strong ability in reading and interpreting the structural drawings
Prepare accurate Rebar shop drawings and BBS from structural plans
Interpret construction blueprints and ensure exact detailing
Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with specs & codes
Mentor junior detailers and ensure timely project delivery
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude
Robust communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with clients and project teams
Prior experience in the rebar industry is a plus
Familiarity with industry standards and codes practices
