Engineering Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies for civil engineering projects.

Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and design coordination as per project requirements.

Develop and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and resource planning.

Monitor project progress and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients during project execution. Procurement &
Vendor Coordination Prepare material specifications and procurement requirements.

Coordinate with procurement teams for vendor selection and material sourcing.

Evaluate quotations and assist in vendor negotiations.

Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely material availability.

Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation. Tendering &
E-Procurement Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.





Handle end-to-end tender submissions through Government E-Procurement Portals and GeM Portal.

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Coordinate with various departments for timely submission of tender documents.

Maintain records of tenders, bid status, and supporting documentation.

Project

Coordination &
Reporting Track project milestones, costs, and timelines.

Prepare project MIS reports and management presentations.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.

Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Support project documentation, approvals, and client communications.

Required Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

3–8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, project planning, estimation, or tendering.

Experience in civil infrastructure, construction, renewable energy, or related projects will be preferred.

Solid understanding of BOQ, BOM, project estimation, and procurement processes.

Hands-on experience in Government E-Tendering and GeM Portal.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP/project management software.
