Responsible for onboarding and training IRDAcertified agents with a robust focus on Health Insurance while driving monthonmonth Retail Health GWP achievement. The role involves continuously monitoring agent performance, enabling upselling and crossselling opportunities, and supporting agents with product knowledge and sales best practices. It also ensures strong business hygiene through regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and maintaining healthy persistency and renewal ratios.

Responsibilities:
Monthly Onboarding of New IRDA Agents (Health Focused)
Drive recruitment and onboarding of new IRDA-certified agents with a strong emphasis on health insurance products.
Conduct training sessions to ensure agents understand product features, compliance, and sales processes.
Month-on-Month Achievement of Retail Health GWP Targets
Ensure consistent achievement of Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets from newly onboarded agents.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet monthly goals.
Identify Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities




Analyze customer portfolios to identify opportunities for additional health products or complementary insurance plans.
Collaborate with agents to maximize revenue through strategic product positioning.
Maintain Business Hygiene.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Maintain accurate documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor persistency and renewal ratios to maintain portfolio health.
Health Product Training for Onboarded Agents.
Conduct structured training sessions for newly onboarded IRDA agents focused on health insurance products.
Ensure agents understand product features, perks, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Provide sales enablement tools and best practices to improve conversion rates.
Organize refresher courses and update agents on recent product launches or regulatory changes.
