Role & responsibilities
Overall responsibility for all production activities.
Provide Supervisory cover across Melting, Moulding, Pouring and Coreshop to meet the production target based on production schedule.
Responsible for daily material / manpower & production planning.
Meet the performance targets set in BSC.
Identifies resources to execute production as per plan.
Coordinate with Plant Head to plan departmental work flow in order to achieve long term goals established by top management.
Review and analyse production shortfalls and operating concerns for remediation and implementation of appropriate corrective action.
Identification of training needs to self & the employees.
Responsible for emphasize on multiskilling development of the employees.
Produces detailed Risk Assessments and Protected Systems of Work procedures
Maintaining 5S, Safety and Setting of the shop and surrounding.
Evaluating the performance of people working under team.
Responsible for timely/correct data entry in SAP.
