Required Skills
3 to 5 years of skilled software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python 3.11+ with FastAPI and/or Flask.
Experience with PostgreSQL and an ORM (SQLAlchemy preferred).
Familiarity with async programming in Python (asyncio, httpx, asyncpg).
Comfortable working with REST APIs designing, consuming, and debugging them.
Experience with authentication/authorization JWT, OAuth2, LDAP.
Familiarity with background job scheduling (APScheduler, Celery, or similar).
Comfortable in a Linux/WSL setting; command-line proficient.
Experience with Git for version control.
Working knowledge of Angular (or similar SPA frameworks) for frontend support.
• Experience in using AI coding assistant tools like GitHub copilot, Kiro, Claude Code etc.
Good to Have
Healthcare domain knowledge — EDI transactions, eligibility (270/271), claim status (276/277), NPI registry.
Experience with uv or similar Python packaging/workspace tooling.
Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
