: Regional Sales Manager – Gresbond Location: Pune CTC: Up to 20 LPA Industry: Tile Adhesives Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Tile Adhesives business. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the tile adhesive industry and a solid understanding of the construction chemicals market. The role involves driving regional sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Drive sales of tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and related construction chemical solutions.
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, and channel partners across the assigned region.
Build solid relationships with architects, builders, contractors, tile dealers, and project consultants.
Identify new business prospects in retail, projects, and institutional sales.
Lead, coach,



and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and the regional sales team.
Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, technical services, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product availability.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables within company norms.
Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, sales reviews, and business plans to senior management.

Required Qualifications - MBA preferred.
8–12 years of sales experience in the tile adhesive industry.
Experience in construction chemicals or building materials will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated success in handling regional sales operations and channel management.
