Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Greater Noida, responsible for overseeing daily operations related to product delivery and production planning.

This role involves coordinating work schedules, managing materials, and ensuring that all orders are completed according to client requirements, quality standards, and detailing of drawings.

The Production

Manager monitors performance, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with staff to optimize workflows and reduce downtime. The role also includes preparing regular reports, maintaining documentation,



checking quality and communicating with team members to align expectations and timelines.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in production or operations management, preferably within Furniture manufacturing or related service industry.
Solid skills in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Ability to lead teams, manage supervisors and frontline staff, and foster a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
Knowledge of basic office software and operational tools for reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
Sound understanding of workplace safety, quality standards, and compliance requirements relevant to on-site operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate among clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prior experience working in furniture manufacturing or similar in office environments and familiarity with local operational conditions is an advantage.
