Manage sales operations across multiple districts/territories.

Recruit, train, coach, and lead District Sales Managers (DSMs).

Drive sales growth and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Analyze market trends and identify recent business opportunities.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of sales experience.

Proven experience managing multiple districts or territories.

Strong experience in recruiting, training, and leading sales teams.

Consistent track record of achieving sales targets.





Mandatory experience in channel sales and team management.

Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
