Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the foundry and machining operations.
Coordinate with Melting, Moulding, Core Shop, Fettling, Heat Treatment, Machining, Quality, Purchase, and Stores departments.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of casting orders.
Track raw materials, alloys, consumables, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished castings.
Plan production based on customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and production status updates.
Follow up on material availability to avoid production interruptions.
Monitor machine capacity, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure castings meet customer specifications.
Maintain production records, routing sheets, work orders, and documentation.
Work closely with Dispatch to ensure on-time delivery of finished castings.
Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies,



and production targets.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC) in the Casting Industry.
Understanding of foundry processes such as Melting, Moulding, Core Making, Fettling, Heat Treatment, and Machining.
Positive knowledge of production scheduling, inventory planning, and capacity planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Robust analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:
1–2 Years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in a Casting / Foundry Manufacturing Company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
