– Senior Manager – PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Location: Mallcom India Ltd. – Chandipur Footwear Unit

Department: PPC

Reporting To: VP - (Production and Operation)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery timelines.
Ensure material availability through coordination with Purchase and Stores.
Monitor production progress, capacity utilization, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch for smooth operations.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
Prepare PPC MIS reports and analyze KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead time and improve OTIF.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience:
10+ years in PPC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in footwear, leather, PPE, or manufacturing industries.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
