Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
