Role & responsibilities

Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate leads through telecalling, digital campaigns, referrals, and databases.
Qualify customer requirements and identify buying intent.
Maintain a healthy lead pipeline.

Customer Interaction
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers to customers.
Answer customer queries professionally.
Build robust customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Ensure an excellent customer experience during the pre-sales process.

Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and confirm customer site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for visit planning.
Share visit schedules and customer details with concerned executives.
Follow up after site visits to gather feedback.

CRM Management
Update customer interactions in CRM on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate customer database.




Record call outcomes and follow-up schedules.
Ensure zero data loss and timely CRM updates.

Lead Follow-up
Conduct regular follow-ups with warm and cold leads.
Re-engage inactive prospects.
Convert qualified leads into site visits.
Support the sales team in lead conversion.

Sales Support
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams.
Share daily lead status and reports.
Assist during project launches and promotional events.
Support achievement of monthly sales targets.

Documentation
Maintain call records.
Prepare daily MIS reports.
Submit lead conversion reports.
Track inquiry-to-site visit conversion.
