Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.

Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant. Train and onboard new staff members, providing ongoing support and feedback.

Monitor and maintain high standards of service and presentation. Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.

Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to boost sales.

Requirements: Minimum qualification of 10th Pass.



1 - 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role, ideally at Chaayos. Robust leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Good understanding of restaurant operations and safety standards. Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
