Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components.
Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, Plug Gauge, Ring Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure products meet customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Monitor process quality and identify non-conforming products.
Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate Internal, Customer, and Third-Party Audits.
Prepare PPAP documents, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Inspection Plans.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and sample inspections.




Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
Monitor rejection, rework, scrap, and PPM performance.
Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.
Participate in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and company quality procedures.

Pay: ₹10,020.41 - ₹32,517.99 per month
