Role & responsibilities
Supervise CNC machine shop production activities during the assigned shift to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure manpower, machines, and materials are effectively utilized for smooth production.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with process and drawing specifications.
Minimize machine downtime by coordinating with the Maintenance team.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Ensure implementation of 5S, safety practices, and company policies on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Stores departments for uninterrupted production.
Preferred candidate profile Experience: 5 to 10 years
Industry: Engineering / Automotive
Qualification: Diploma / BE
Job Location: Mettupalayam, Coimbatore.
