Job Summary
Greensturn is looking for an experienced procurement qualified with expertise in procurement operations, supplier management, and supplier registration within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent suppliers and vendors.
Handle supplier registration and maintain vendor databases.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance standards.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain all procurement documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or vendor management.
Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is mandatory.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in supplier registration and vendor onboarding.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously.
