Who we're looking for - 3–5 years in restaurant operations, with time spent running an outlet floor at a boutique hotel, resort or standalone fine-casual restaurant - Experience with wellness-led or ingredient-first menus — Ayurveda, sattvic, farm-to-table, or a retreat kitchen. The F&B; here is built around it, not bolted on - Comfort with the full operating stack:
