We are seeking a agile, results-driven, and guest-focused Restaurant Manager for a prestigious star-category resort in South Goa.

The ideal candidate should be a Goan resident or currently residing in Goa and possess 5–6 years of proven experience in Food & Beverage Service with a reputed, high-volume restaurant generating a minimum business turnover of ₹5 lakh per day.

Key Requirements:
Robust background in restaurant operations and guest service excellence.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives, upselling, and customer engagement.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain high service standards while achieving business targets.
