Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects or handle inbound calls from customers using established scripts.
Identify potential leads, qualify them, and build a pipeline for the sales team.
Answer questions regarding company offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Call back leads or existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a polite demeanor under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
