Production Supervisor - Fragrance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Production Supervisor to oversee production operations, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing and be capable of managing production activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency while minimizing wastage.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, R&D;, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with IFRA standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and operational reports.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and guide production staff on best manufacturing practices and safety protocols.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, equipment, and manpower.

Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Perfumery,



or a related field.
Certification in Fragrance Technology or Perfumery from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.

Required Skills / Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge of fragrance chemistry.
In-depth understanding of fragrance creation and formulation principles.
Knowledge of IFRA standards and regulatory compliance.
Experience with analytical techniques and quality control processes.
Familiarity with production planning and manufacturing operations.

Robust sensory and olfactory capabilities.
Creative mindset with a passion for fragrances and product aesthetics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Preferred Experience
3–6 years of experience in fragrance, cosmetic, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing.
Prior experience in supervising production teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
