Production Supervisor – Plastic Injection Molding

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer Engineering)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities in the Plastic Injection Molding shop.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
Handle Engineering Plastic Materials such as PA (Nylon), ABS, PC, PBT, POM, PP, HDPE, LDPE, PET, and PC/ABS.
Monitor machine setup, process parameters, mold changeovers, and material drying.
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to minimize defects and downtime.
Manage manpower, maintain production reports, and implement 5S and safety practices.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding processes.
Experience in handling Engineering Plastic Materials.
Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
