Role & responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting Support
Assist in preparation, validation, and submission of RBI regulatory returns and disclosures.
Support review of regulatory reports.
Perform data reconciliation and validation between source systems and regulatory submissions.

Data Analysis &
MIS
Analyze large datasets using Excel, or other analytical tools.
Prepare management dashboards, analytical MIS, and presentations for senior management.
Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and exception reporting.

Regulatory &
Audit Coordination
Support closure of internal audit, statutory audit, RBI inspection, and compliance observations.
Assist in preparing management responses and tracking action items.
Maintain supporting documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.

Process Improvement &
Automation
Participate in automation and transformation initiatives within the RRRA function.
Support process documentation, SOP reviews, and control enhancement activities.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Governance &
Documentation
Maintain process documentation, trackers, and regulatory circular repositories.




Assist in impact assessments arising from recent RBI guidelines and regulatory changes.
Ensure adherence to internal control and governance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
Robust academic record.

Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Data Analysis).
Working knowledge of financial statements and banking concepts.
