Talk to kitchen: Pass food and drink requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve items: Bring food and drinks to tables safely and in a timely manner.
Cleanup and Payments
Handle bills: Prepare checks, deliver them to guests, and collect cash or card payments.
Explicit tables: Remove dirty plates and glasses and wipe down tables.
Reset stations: Set tables with clean items and restock supplies for the next shift.
