We are recruiting for valuation agency empanelled with leading banks and financial institutions. We are hiring a Property Valuer to handle site inspections, prepare bank-format valuation reports, and coordinate valuation assignments. The office is based in South Bopal, and the role involves regular travel to properties across Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities
Visit and physically inspect properties (residential, commercial, industrial, land) across Ahmedabad.
Measure area, assess construction quality, age, condition, and stage of completion.
Verify property documents — title deeds, approved plans, municipal records — against the site.
Assess fair market value, realisable value, and distress value using standard valuation methods.
Prepare valuation reports in bank-prescribed formats with photographs, location maps, and rate justification.
Coordinate with bank branches, clients, and property owners to schedule visits and collect documents.
Meet bank turnaround-time (TAT) requirements and handle post-report queries.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture [or IBBI Registered Valuer – Land & Building, if you want this mandatory].
[0–3 / 1–5] years' experience in property valuation; bank valuation experience preferred.
Knowledge of Ahmedabad property market and local rates.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (field role).
Valuable report-writing skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred
IBBI registration (Land & Building).
Familiarity with bank valuation formats and lending documentation.
