Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Palampur. This position is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with patients, corporate clients, and partner organizations, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Day-to-day activities include addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal medical and administrative teams, and maintaining regular communication with key accounts.
